I Welcome to the 5th World Congress on Advances in Mental Health and Psychiatry, to be held in Paris, France, in March 2027.

I am honored to serve as a Keynote Speaker and Scientific Committee Member for this important international congress and am delighted to welcome colleagues, researchers, clinicians, educators, and mental health professionals from around the world.

Mental Health 2027 congress offers far more than an opportunity to present research. It provides a meaningful forum for collaboration, shared learning, and the exchange of ideas that advance mental health care, education, and scientific discovery. It is an honor, to welcome you on behalf of the Scientific Committee to the 5th World Congress on Advances in Mental Health and Psychiatry (Mental Health 2027), , which will be held in hybrid format from March 22–23, 2027, Paris, France. Mental Health 2027 will focus on advancing the fields of psychiatry, mental health disorders, and psychology. Thereby, it will bring together psychiatrists, psychological researchers, and professionals directly or indirectly involved in the domain. Thereby, we have to share knowledge, exchange best practices and build collaborative networks for transforming patient care and healthcare systems worldwide through new technologies as well as integrative and evidence-based approaches in the context of the ongoing transformation of health and social care ecosystem towards personalized, preventive, predictive, participative precision medicine (P5M). Thereby, we must consider and understand the individual health status, conditions and genetic and genomic dispositions in personal social, occupational, environmental and behavioral context at any level from elementary particles up to society and the universe. This requires a multidisciplinary knowledge-driven approach, as defined in ISO 23903 Integration and Interoperability Reference Architecture I have developed. Welcoming you in Paris, I’m sure that this conference will provide an excellent platform to discuss cutting-edge research, policy updates, evidence-based practices and precision medicine approaches that are shaping the future of mental health, healthcare innovation, healthcare technologies and clinical practices, and education.
