It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the 4th World Congress on Advances in Mental Health and Psychiatry (Mental Health 2026), to be held in the vibrant city of London, UK, on March 23–24, 2026.
This Congress convenes a diverse and dynamic community of mental health professionals, researchers, policymakers, and advocates who are united by a shared commitment to advancing mental health care across the globe. It is a timely and urgent gathering, as our world continues to grapple with complex and compounding challenges that deeply affect mental well-being.
From armed conflict, political violence, and forced displacement, to natural disasters, detention, and other forms of social and environmental upheaval, millions of individuals around the world continue to endure traumatic experiences that leave profound and lasting psychological scars. These realities not only impact individuals and families but also strain mental health systems and demand innovative, compassionate, and culturally sensitive responses.
At Mental Health 2026, we will explore the latest scientific advances, therapeutic innovations, and holistic approaches to care. We will share critical insights from the frontlines, elevate underrepresented voices, and foster cross-disciplinary and international collaborations. Most importantly, we will reaffirm our collective commitment to building resilient, inclusive, and equitable mental health systems for all.
I invite you to participate wholeheartedly—engage with new ideas, challenge assumptions, and be inspired by the passion and dedication of your peers.
Together, we have the opportunity to shape the future of mental health and make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals and communities across the world.
