Biography

Toni Graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Southern California with a Masters Degree in Social Work. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Music and Nursing and an Associates in Early Childhood Education. She is passionate about the treatment of children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. She specializes in Co-morbid trauma with a high specialization in child sexual abuse. She owns Stepping Stones Family Counseling with multiple offices and more upcoming expansions. She loves what she does and finds so much joy helping children and families heal. Her mission is to provide services to all in need in ways all can afford. For this purpose she is working to start a non-profit organization called GoHealMe. She works to provide for what communities need nationwide. She also works to treat first responders and their families through the First Responders First program. She was invited to join the White House Fellowship program, whose stated purpose is to make change through legislation in that arena. She is dedicated to educating upcoming generations of clinicians and accepts interns from multiple universities in her effort to teach others of the importance of what those in the mental health field aim to do. She has been a member of the White House Initiative on Advancing Equity for two years. She has worked with the Trump and Biden administration to initiate federalized change in child abuse reporting. She is dedicated to making foundational change in child abuse reporting and cross reporting. She is also an expert for court proceedings and she strongly believes in the importance of involved safe parenting and families. She is certified in EMDR, TFCBT, ART, ART-E and CCPT therapy modalities. Through trauma informed care. She has used her knowledge of multiple modalities to treat some of the most extreme cases in her area that have come through the Childrens Justice Center, she treats sexual abuse on the most extreme end of the spectrum as well. She excels at taking trauma informed care into complicated cases of abuse, and she sees them through to healing and happiness.
